Two hundred houses, shops, restaurants, a casino, a multiplex cinema and 1,200 underground parking spaces for residents and visitors .
The combination of living, shopping and entertainment is a welcome addition to the city of Haarlem. Mattmo created the identity, branding and visual communication for the area. The new street pattern with a central square is in line with the structure of the city. The church in the center has been restored and another has been repurposed into the Jopenkerk a food and beer destination.
